Profile
I help retailers get the most out of SAP Forecasting & Replenishment and SAP S/4HANA — understanding the business goals behind retail IT projects and focusing on results, milestones and quality. Every solution I design is built for stability and scalability with global customers in mind.
Since 2019 I work as an independent consultant on large-scale, global multi-country implementations of SAP F&R and S/4HANA — building global templates and rolling them out across Europe, the US and Australia.
As a solution architect I design multinational business processes on the F&R platform — international supply flows, store integration, custom solutions for order-proposal review — taking country specifics into account and building multi-echelon supply chains of four and more levels.
On the technical side I fix major issues in performance, interfaces and design gaps, quickly debug standard, custom and undocumented enhancements, and am fluent in reading ABAP code. Where documentation is missing, I write it — from functional design documents (FDD) to specs for undocumented custom developments.

F&R Architecture & Implementation
Architecture and end-to-end implementation of SAP F&R — demand forecasting and automated replenishment that keep shelves stocked and working capital lean. Deep knowledge of the SAF engines.
S/4HANA & CAR Integration
Implementation of SAP S/4HANA for retail: integration, data, stock segmentation (LO-SGT), global templates and multi-country rollouts. Integration with SAP CAR & UDF — with a deep working knowledge of how they operate.
Leadership & Enablement
Leading teams of consultants and delivering milestones on tight schedules. Designing business cases and building proofs of concept. Trainings for client teams and other vendors — for example, testers.
Technical Deep Dives
Fixing major issues in performance, interfaces and design gaps. Debugging of standard and custom code in any kind of enhancement — fluent in reading ABAP. Comfortable with undocumented developments, and able to produce the missing documentation, including FDDs.

SAP for Retail and SAP F&R implementation
Business survey, design documentation, FIT-GAP analysis and delta design for a global template. The project was discontinued due to the 2014 currency crisis and restarted in 2016.
First SAP TM implementation in the Retail Industry
Go-live preparation and support: system stress tests, planning scenario, bug tracking. Close collaboration with SAP TM development team — the first implementation in the Retail Industry.
First SAP F&R implementation in Russia
The first SAP F&R implementation in Russia, covering several retail stores and a DC — integrated with SAP for Retail and aimed at fast deployment of a scalable IT solution.
